He angitūtanga | The Opportunity We're looking for a confident and service-driven Hospitality Experience Manager to join our team at a high-end corporate site in Auckland CBD. You'll be leading a team that delivers exceptional guest services, concierge support, and event coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role where your hospitality expertise and people-first approach will shine to deliver ****Manaakitanga daily. Ko ō kawenga | Your Responsibilities
Lead and coach the guest experience team, ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact on site
- Deliver transformational customer service, creating "surprise and delight" moments for guests.
- Plan, manage, and deliver a varied calendar of events, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Manage rostering, training, and performance development across multiple service streams.
- Oversee front desk operations, food and beverage presentation, and event logistics.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with food safety protocols.
He kōrero mōu | About You
Proven experience in a similar hospitality leadership role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star environment.
- Extensive experience managing and delivering events of varying scale and complexity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional presence.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with AIMs systems.
- Holds or willing to obtain a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service).
- A positive, can-do attitude that thrives under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
