Working in the largest franchisee in the Group, so you'll be supported by a dedicated Area Manager, and have a supportive Manager network with 5 other Store Managers who meet on a weekly basis.
Hate micro-management? So do we!!! As a BurgerFuel Store Manager, we want you to treat this as your own business and we give you all the flexibility we can to allow this.
You’ll be in charge of the store’s day to day operations, look after a team of high energy staff, create an exceptional customer experience, manage operational processes and of course, the burgers!

What skills you need:
- Epic people & communication skills – keep the energy high!
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, keep calm & solve problems under pressure
- Experience in a leadership position – management skills required; you’ll oversee between 10 – 15 staff
- Commitment to working in a high energy environment where weekends and nights are the norms
- Passion for providing an excellent customer experience
