We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Duty Manager to lead our vibrant Spanish beachside restaurant in Orewa. About Us We’re a busy, licensed Spanish restaurant serving authentic Mediterranean flavours right across from the beach. Open six days a week from morning until night, we’re known for our great atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly, professional service. About the Role As our Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the floor – leading by example, inspiring the team, and ensuring our guests leave happy every time. You’ll be across everything from service to bar to bookings, keeping the operation flowing seamlessly from coffee to cocktails. What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service
• Manage floor operations, bookings, and table turns
• Hands-on bar and barista work
• Keep service smooth from morning coffee to evening sangria
• Maintain a fun, professional, and team-oriented environment
• Handle opening/closing and compliance duties What You Bring
• Current LCQ & Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Strong hospitality leadership experience
• Confident in both barista and bar service
• Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
• Positive energy, people skills, and a genuine love of hospo
