About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our BDO Rotorua Business Advisory Services team as a Senior or Associate level. You will leverage your expertise to drive impactful results for our clients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate closely with clients to navigate complex business challenges. Your strategic insights and financial acumen will be instrumental in shaping the future success of the businesses we support.

Our ideal candidate has career aspirations to become a Partner and the opportunity to progress into ownership is a 1-2 year trajectory in our firm.

• Provide expert structuring and financial advice to clients
• Identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions
• Conduct high-level reviews to ensure accuracy

• Specialise in technical expertise that supports client growth
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ExperienceWe are looking for someone who is experienced, has strong commercial acumen and looking for career growth with:
• Minimum of 6+ years of Business Advisory Services experience in an NZ CA firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance & CA qualification (or equivalent)
• Team leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, financial reporting
