Description
We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience to lead our team, you will have full responsibility for the entire venue operation, must have relative experience in a high volume hospitality operation, a can do attitude and be very passionate about the industry.

- bookings and function control with high level of attention to detail
- confident understanding of GP and menu development (food & beverage)
- manage rosters & stock control
- LCQ and CURRENT MANAGERS CERTIFICATE

- wine knowledge
- leadership/mentor skills
- excellent communication skills
- strong customer and service focus
- great smile
