Papa Mo’s Bar and Restaurant is on the hunt for a talented Head Chef to take charge of our Kitchen and drive the culinary direction of our venue alongside the Venue Manager. We’re looking for someone with passion, creativity, and leadership who can bring elevated flavours to our menu while maintaining the warm, welcoming hospitality we’re known for.

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior kitchen role (Head Chef or Sous Chef) Passion for fresh, bold flavours and well-executed classics Strong leadership, training & team development skills Solid understanding of cost control, stock management & food safety Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, craft-minded kitchen
