What You’ll Be Doing Leading our front-of-house team during busy dinner services Keeping standards high and the vibe positive Managing daily operations, cash handling, and service flow Supporting training, coaching, and staff development Ensuring our guests have an unforgettable Lone Star experience Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run venue

What We’re Looking For A current LCQ + Manager’s Certificate (or the ability to obtain one quickly) Previous hospitality leadership experience Someone confident, organised, and great with people A calm operator who thrives under pressure Strong communication and problem-solving skills A team player who leads by example Must-Haves NZ working rights

Available evenings and weekends (our busiest times) A genuine passion for hospitality and great service
