All-Round Duty Manager – Not Your Average Hospo Gig

True hospo at heart but over the same old restaurant grind? Ready for something with variety, and a seriously good view?

We’re on the hunt for an all-round Duty Manager to join our team at The Tauranga Club.

This isn’t your typical shift-after-shift service role. One day you’re running smooth restaurant service, the next you’re hosting private events, pouring coffees for business meetings, or setting the tone for a laid-back jazz evening.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing restaurant service with confidence

Ordering for the bar & restaurant

Running events and functions

Managing coffee service and day/nightly trade

Creating great experiences for members and guests

Leading shifts and supporting the team across all areas

Providing event ideas

What we’re looking for:

Solid hospo experience (you know your way around the floor)

A natural leader who can think on their feet

Someone who enjoys variety - no two days are the same here

A people person who brings energy and professionalism

Someone that can follow SOP's and help us develop them

Help Support the GM & Events Manager
