We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience, and we need a leader who can maintain those high standards while driving our team to success.

What you'll do

• Direct and run a fast-paced cafe team to provide world-class service.
• Act as a true all-rounder, reading the floor and prioritising tasks without needing direction.
• Maintain the energy and standards that make us Tauranga's top cafe.
• Mentor and support staff to ensure a seamless service every day.

About you

• You have at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• You have a laser-sharp customer focus and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• You are a team player with a high level of English fluency.
• You are looking for a senior role where you can truly take ownership.
