Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Rotorua and Tauranga Rate: $35 Type: Full-time / Permanent Position Roster: Includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Restaurant Manager Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant and bar operations Lead and support front-of-house staff during service Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety, and company policies Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation Manage staff rosters, training, and team performance Monitor stock control, ordering, and cost management Handle customer enquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally Complete cash handling, cash-ups, shift reports, and daily records Support promotional activities and function bookings Ensure adequate stock and supplies are maintained at all times Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers Assist management with achieving sales and operational goals Perform general administrative and operational duties as required
Minimum Requirements: New Zealand LCQ Certificate Proven experience managing staff in a hospitality environment Strong organisational skills, cost and staff management Passion for Hospitality and Sales Strong Barista & Cocktails Skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and late nights NZ Driver License
Position: Hospitality Worker (Food and Beverage Attendant / Barista) Location: Tauranga and Rotorua Rate: $25 Type: Full-time / Permanent Position Roster: Includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Hospitality Worker Key Responsibilities: Set up and clear tables Greet customers and take food and beverage orders Serve food, drinks, cocktails, and coffee beverages Prepare espresso-based coffees and operate coffee equipment Maintain cleanliness of bar, café, and service areas Restock beverages, supplies, and service items Operate POS systems and handle customer payments Promote venue products and provide menu or beverage recommendations Support smooth day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a hospitality environment Passion for Hospitality and Sales Strong Barista & Cocktails Skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and late nights
