Ready to step into a role where your leadership and culinary expertise truly shine? We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Kitchen Manager to take charge of a fast-paced kitchen environment and guide a hardworking team to success in Christchurch.
Role Requirements:
- Someone with proven mass production experience is a MUST.
- Must also have strong cooking skills/experience with level 3 or 4 cooking qualifications.
- Someone motivational, inspiring and strong in their leadership style.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Someone reliable, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating a great kitchen culture.
- Have full open New Zealand working rights.
