Description
The award-winning team that brought you King of Snake, Botanic & ROCA is seeking experienced Duty Managers for our French restaurant on Level 1 of Oxford Terrace.
We are seeking Front of House staff to be part of the HUGO team.
As a member of the Front of House team at HUGO, you will:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Serve guests - being responsible for engaging with our valued guests & team in a positive & professional way.
- Work behind the bar and/or on the floor.
These positions are competitively remunerated. We have flexibility with full-time & part-time positions available. Working on weekends is non-negotiable.
Knowledge of French wine and/or cuisine is a bonus.
Requirements
- Have excellent personal presentation
- Have the willingness to lead the front of house team from the front
- A friendly, positive & warm personality that contributes positively to guest experiences
- The ability to build & maintain rapport with our guests
- Have the desire to up-skill & progress their career in hospitality.
- A passion for customer service
- A desire to be part of an award-winning hospitality group
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
- Excellent communication & punctuality
