We are looking for a Full Time Duty Manager at Little High who has positive learning attitude, team work, organised and motivated. Key responsibilities are: Lead floor teams and supervise floor operations up to standard and policy at all times Oversee Customers Experience up to standard and resolve issues presenting Little High values; maintain alcohol serving host responsibility Coach team members in work flow and services standard, coordinate with vendors and events
Availability over the busy shifts aka weekday nights and weekend including late night after 11pm is required.
Successful applicant will 2 years experience of hospitality and being a Duty Manager, current LCQ and DM license, can communicate professionally; can follow our standards and willing to learn.
