Daytime Cafe Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Aikmans Group for a dynamic & driven person to learn the ropes and take the next step into their hospitality career. We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor for our seaside venue, Brigittes Sumner!

About the role(s); Supervisor – Brigittes Sumner

• Mixed shifts of duty managing and general front of house/bar shifts - supporting our Venue Manager and leading our team
• Experience making coffee a plus!
• Be the face of the venue when on duty
• Meet, greet and seat guests. Take orders, ensure quality & efficiency
• Answering all incoming communications
• Lead and develop the team from the front
• Assisting in onboarding and training of new staff
• Assist in developing new, seasonal menus
• Monthly stocktakes
• End of day reconciliation

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Food & Beverage industry
• Valid LCQ (License Controller Qualification) and current Duty Manager’s Certificate or willingness to obtain
• A fun, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with patrons and earn the respect of the team
• Strong multitasking and delegation skills, remaining calm and composed under pressure
