Position : Restaurant Manager X 2 Position Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week (Must have the availability to work including weekends) Employment Type:- Full Time Location: Christchurch

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

• You will be responsible for organising and controlling the daily operations of the Restaurant to ensure efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.
• Planning menus in consultation with chefs and kitchen staff, and organising special functions or events.
• Handling front-of-house and Back-of-the-house restaurant operations.
• Building good relations with the customers, speaking with diners to address any issues, and resolving them efficiently and accurately.
• People management and leadership skills – should have a natural ability to lead and maintain a good rapport with the restaurant staff.
• Analyse the staff performance, provide feedback, and improve productivity and quality.
• Keeping records of the stock levels and financial transactions.
• Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses.
• Promote the restaurant to reach a broader audience through discounts, offers, and social media.
• Manage a good image of the restaurant and recommend ways for improvisation.
• Should have good knowledge and understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations & procedures.

Job requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of work experience in hospitality environment or Level-4 qualification or higher in any field.
• Good communication, listening, and memorisation skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
• Clean character with no criminal history.
• Good at managing and leading people.
