At present we are looking for a 'Halls Of Resident Manager' to manager the day to day running of 561 young students.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Looking after 17-18 year old students away from home for the first time, 561 rooms in total
• Be thoroughly familiar with our management agreements and to manage the property as per the agreements
• Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders, including investors/Owners Corporation/Body Corporate Management company
• Manage and exceed the property's financial performance as outlined in the "Financial Model/Budget"
• Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion
• Maximise the financial return for the Investors
• Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management company
• Pro-actively maintain the building's fit-out and the standard of its equipment
• Contribute to the development of a positive culture, building its appeal in the marketplace for future and present residents
• Create a team environment where everyone helps each other
• Build a high performing team and a positive work environment
• Embrace and encourage staff towards continuous improvement in their workplace

This position would suit someone who has excellent communication with students one minute and dealing with corporate stake holders the next.
