Restaurant Manager - Remote Alpine Setting

This position is perfect for someone that is passionate about hospitality, is responsible and honest, hardworking and reliable. Someone who loves working in an environment looking after everyone, from weary travellers to long term locals. We will be expecting you to have the following experience:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
• Working under pressure, high volume & high standard
• Being part of a small, dedicated team.
• Reporting accuracy and financial literacy
• LCQ mandatory
• Managers Certificate is desirable
• Excellent spoken and written English

Hourly rate is $27.50 - $35 based on experience Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week.

You will be responsible for restaurant and bar set up, Pre, during and post service operation and clean up, precision in stock ordering, stock control, rotation and management, monthly stocktakes, cost controls, staff management, cash management, customer service levels and reporting to general managers.
