What we’re looking for:

• Ideally a formal institutional qualification (diploma or similar at ANZSCO skill level 2) AND/OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification listed above.
• Liquor controller qualification (LCQ) or Manager’s Certificate is desirable.
• Experience in working as a leader of a high performing cohesive team.
• Experience in meeting and exceeding operating standards.
• Experience and confidence in problem solving restaurant issues.
• Experience in recruitment activities or capability in being able to select ‘the right’ applicants that fit with the ‘brand’.
