We are currently looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager/Retail Manager across multiple sites in Nelson. Asian Garden Hospitality Ltd (AGH) is a Kiwi-owned business with 13 restaurants nationwide (Christchurch, Wellington, Dunedin, Invercargill and Nelson)

What we’re looking for:
- Ideally a formal institutional qualification (diploma or similar at ANZSCO skill level 2) AND/OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification listed above.
- Liquor controller qualification (LCQ) or Manager’s Certificate is desirable.
- Experience in working as a leader of a high performing cohesive team.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding operating standards.
- Experience and confidence in problem solving restaurant issues.
- Experience in recruitment activities or capability in being able to select ‘the right’ applicants that fit with the ‘brand’.
