Barista & Duty Manager

We are in search of a well-presented, polite, professional duty manager who has a passion for looking after our customers and guiding and developing the Front of House team that serves them.

Applicants for this Position will ideally have the following:

A minimum of 2 years experience in Hospitality. A current duty manager certificate or LCQ. The ability to stay calm in busy services and navigate through them. A warm and relaxed manner with fantastic communication skills. An ambition to learn and develop your professional skills. A passion for outstanding Food & Beverage, and all things hospitality. The ability to work as part of a motivated team and be highly organised. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
