We are seeking an experienced hospitality superstar to manage and lead our front of house and back of house team at our Cafe situated within Mitre 10 MEGA, The Valley

Who you are:

To be successful, you will have experience in:

• Hospitality management
• Delivering customer service excellence
• Training and development of staff
• Working in a fast paced environment with the ability to stay focused when under pressure
• Maintaining a FCP (Food Control Plan) or similar
• Managing and deliver to a budget
• Leading a team of talented BOH & FOH employees
• Reducing wastage and shrinkage
• Barista skills and artwork
• A kitchen, preparing cakes, slices, cabinet food, breakfast & lunch menu items

This role is:

Salaried 40 hours per week, you will be required to work one weekend day.  Immediate start is available
