Description
Ringawera Baker is an Artisan Bakery based in the busy Village of Matakana in Rodney Auckland. We are a small and hard working team, committed to making high quality products for our very discerning clientele. We operate 7 days a week. Our opening hours are 6am to 3pm. Our bakers start work between 1am and 4am every day in order to get our product out on time. We are a happy team and we are looking for someone special who will add something extra to the mix.
Tasks & responsibilities
Tasks: Mix, prepare and bake products. Operate dough sheeter. Ordering. Bake goods in time for shop opening. Equipment maintenance. Requirements: Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Good organisational skills. Adhere to health and safety requirements. Creativity. Report to Head Baker.
Must have minmum of 2 years experience in this field
Likely hours of work: 5 days from 2am to 10am or 3am to 11am. (Some shifts may need to start earlier in Summer)
