What you’ll do Lead daily front-of-house operations: staffing, rostering, training and shift management. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain our hospitality standards. Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and inventory control. Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale processes and weekly/monthly reporting. Work with the chef(s) on menu execution, specials and customer feedback. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and liquor licensing requirements. Recruit, mentor and develop staff; create a positive team culture.
About you Approx 3 years work experience managing a busy restaurant (preferably in Vietnamese / Asian cuisine). Strong leadership, rostering and financial/stock management skills. Excellent English communication; ability to train and develop staff. Knowledge of NZ food safety, liquor licence requirements Warm, customer-focused and hands-on — willing to jump on the floor when needed.
