What You'll Be Doing

You'll sit at the heart of our candidate experience, helping identify the people who make hospitality amazing. Your day will include:

  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
  • Conducting phone interviews
  • Running face-to-face interviews
  • Hosting upbeat, engaging induction sessions
  • Supporting the team to match wonderful people with equally wonderful roles

If you're the kind of person who can instantly tell the difference between good talent and great talent, you'll love this.

You'll thrive in this role if you have Real hospitality experience - you've worked in the industry and know:

  • What makes a great chef
  • How to spot a star barista
  • What high-level front-of-house professionalism looks like

Plus:

  • Warm, confident communication skills
  • Great organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive, people-first mindset
  • Comfort with systems, email, scheduling tools

Recruitment experience is helpful but not required - we can teach that. What we can't teach is authentic hospo instinct.
