What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, people-first role where your hospitality experience becomes your superpower. You will:
- Roster our talented temp workforce, matching the right people with the right shifts
- Speak with clients daily to understand their needs and keep everything running smoothly
- Interview, onboard, and support new team members
- Provide hands-on Front-of-House training, ensuring our staff are confident, polished, and ready to deliver
- Build genuine relationships with both clients and candidates
- Navigate a lively, fast-changing environment where you're the calm, capable centre
- Solve problems on the fly and keep service standards high

To shine in this role, you'll bring:
- Strong hospitality experience, especially front-of-house
- Confidence in training and coaching staff to deliver great service
- A natural ability to spot high-quality talent
- Excellent communication skills - warm, clear, and professional
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle changing priorities
- Tech confidence with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- A people-first attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with others
- Flexibility for occasional onsite client visits or sign-ins
