Now Hiring: Team Leader – Chipmunks
Chipmunks is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic professional to join our team! If you have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a fun, family-friendly environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role: This is a hands-on role suited to someone with proven store management experience who can lead by example, support staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Requirements:
- Previous team leader experience and ability to motivate a team
- Barista experience (coffee preparation and service)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Reliable, mature, and responsible
- Able to work Saturdays and school holidays (essential)
