About the Role: This is a hands-on role suited to someone with proven store management experience who can lead by example, support staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Requirements:

• Previous team leader experience and ability to motivate a team
• Barista experience (coffee preparation and service)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Reliable, mature, and responsible
• Able to work Saturdays and school holidays (essential)
