Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Additional Requirements – Restaurant Manager
- Valid LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification)
- Valid Duty Manager Certificate (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on operational approach
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team
