Key Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Additional Requirements – Restaurant Manager

• Valid LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification)
• Valid Duty Manager Certificate (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on operational approach
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team
