Duty Manager - w current Duty Managers Certificate

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and diligent staff to join our team. Our business operates seven-days a week, so the successful applicants must be prepared to work day shifts, evenings & weekends. The job requires people who are friendly, customer focused and professional to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will have: A current Duty Manager certificate is required. A full clean current driver’s licence. Previous experience working in a retail store environment, preferably within the liquor industry (preferred). Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move, and organise stock. Heavy lifting is involved. Ability to work independently and follow company processes and procedures. Team player who is flexible and reliable. Key responsibilities will include: Building creative store and promotional displays, to help generate sales. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking the store and chillers
