Minimum 3 years of work experience or relevant level 4 qualification.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen’s environment .
Ensure all food is stored, handled and prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist with menu planning, food preparation and inventory management.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to management.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.
Follow opening and closing procedures for the kitchen.
