About the role and who we are looking for:

What you’ll be doing:

• prepare bulk dishes for patient meals
• prepare single special items
• at times assist with ordering and stock rotation
• comply with Food safety standards
• have the ability to work to time frames
• have a good understanding of food allergens
• assist with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

What we’re looking for : You don’t have to be a professional chef — just someone who:

• Enjoys cooking and takes pride in good food
• Works well with others and has a friendly, positive attitude
• Can manage time well and stay calm when things get busy
• Is reliable, flexible, and happy to help wherever needed
• Ideally has experience in a commercial kitchen (not essential but a bonus!)
• Cares about Health & Safety and delivering quality service
• Someone who has a calm and mature nature
