He angitūtanga / The opportunity:
As Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests entering the lounge, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless assistance throughout their stay. From check-in to departure, you’ll provide information, support, and premium service that reflects Qantas and Compass Group standards. This is a Casual Position where hours of work are "as and when" required basis.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
- Greet guests professionally and verify lounge access eligibility.
- Check in guests and provide information on amenities, dining, and flight updates.
- Assist with special requests, including VIP and mobility support.
- Monitor lounge occupancy and communicate with the team to manage capacity.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline lounge roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in computer systems and airline check-in software.
- High standard of personal grooming and flexibility to work varied shifts.
