With full training in our system provided and real potential to earn good money, we have an awesome opportunity for you to join our Kitchen team.or Front of House team
Waitstaff:
We are looking for Waitstaff who loves a busy and happy service, takes challenges and can learn as a team. We also would support FOH to get LCQ and learn about management.
At Cobb&Co, we would train you from the details, implement systems and takes feedbacks, and it makes it easy for FOH as people always love our food and always love our vibes and teams:) We will provide you the training for you to succeed in your role and support you to grow within the group to learn more and grow in the structure and title.
As long as you have the right attitude to learn, and you are willing to do your best, able to communicate professionally; following our standards would lead you to success. Duty Managers are about team management, overseeing shifts operations, and running the floor& bar being a FOH leader lead by example.
JUNIOR CHEF/Kitchen Hand A typical shift involves care and consistency in food preparation, a bit of health and safety (we aren’t afraid to say it because we do genuinely care about your well-being), food preparation, interacting with the Front of House and working as a team to plate up food orders so your guests get their food quickly and as they ordered. As we’re open for lunch and dinner, you need to be okay with working evenings and weekends and have transport sorted.
We will provide you with all training needed so you are highly skilled in your role. You need to bring a desire to work with world leading cooking equipment and methods and to appreciate working with quality ingredients. You’ll also be expected to bring a sense of pride and honesty. Pride in the work you deliver, and honesty in your interactions with your team mates and pride in just being the best…..you.
