Sazio is a busy restaurant located in the centre of Hastings in the refurbished East end of Heretaunga Street. We specialize in handmade Pasta made with quality ingredients and traditional methods and pride ourselves on a small, international beverage list.
We are open 5 days for dinner. (Tuesday to Saturday) We require an experienced FOH/ Bar person that is available weekends and evenings. The position is part time and you can expect between 10-18hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a people’s person and be prepared to bring their best self to work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating customers Taking bookings over the phone when required and handling payments Running your section Working closely with our kitchen to ensure a smooth service Maintaining exceptional knowledge of food and drinks menus
Applicants are preferred to have:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Positive attitude Good communicator Great organisation skills NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required.
