We are now looking for aGuest Service Agentto join our team for approximately 70 hours per fortnight
The Role
This multi-faceted role will see you:
- Meeting and greeting our guests
- Processing arrivals and departures
- Maintaining room accounts
- Assisting with guest enquiries
- Suggesting and booking guest on local tours
- Main point of contact for our lodge guests needs
What we’re looking for
- You have a passion for making everyone feel welcome and providing an outstanding guest experience.
- Impeccable presentation and phone manner
- Flair for organisation with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Excellent Word & Excel skills
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Available to work on a 7-day rotational roster
