We're looking for a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team at the Air New Zealand Lounge in Hamilton Airport. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing lounge experience.

Ko ō kawenga | Your Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational customer service that reflects the Air New Zealand brand.
• Provide proactive food and beverage service, including responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across lounge and kitchen areas.
• Prepare and present food items, including espresso coffee, to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members, supporting a collaborative environment.

He kōrero mōu | About You

• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and can obtain AVSEC clearance.
• Physically fit, reliable, and committed to high standards of hygiene and safety.
