Join Our Team as an HR Specialist - Make a Real Impact in Otara, Auckland!

The Role As our HR Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people practices, driving HR projects (including system implementation), and ensuring compliance while delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Part-time - 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
- Fixed-term ongoing contract for 3 months (with potential to extend)
- Immediate start
- Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 pro-rated (equivalent to $51,000 - $57,000 for 0.6 FTE)
- Location: Otara, Auckland
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar HR generalist or specialist role
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation projects
- Strong working knowledge of New Zealand Employment Legislation and Employment Equity regulations
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations) and best practices
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Superb computer literacy - advanced MS Office, email, and HR software proficiency
- Experience using Monday.com (highly advantageous)
- Strong organisational, conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
