We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruitment Consultant. You will have a genuine passion for helping people, be system and process focused and have experience in recruitment or sales.

Working as part of an experienced team you will benefit from working alongside a Senior Recruitment Consultant and an Account Manager whose role is to bring in new business.

You'll be supported to achieve your targets without the high-pressure, fast-paced environment typically associated with recruitment.

This role allows and encourages a work life balance where you can watch your children's sport on a Saturday without your work phone buzzing! Or go out on a Friday night without having to take client calls.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a recruitment background and understand and appreciate the sense of urgency that we operate within.

You will be driven by exceeding targets and be able to demonstrate a passion for sales. As part of your role you will build proactive candidate pipelines, maintain and develop lasting professional relationships at all levels with both our clients and candidates.

To be successful in this role you must have

• The ability to multi-task, and manage conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, source, and engage high-quality candidates
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail and compliance to processes and procedures.
• The drive to work towards and achieve business targets.
• Experience in customer/client-facing role(s)
• Be able to easily build rapport
• The ability to self-manage, and work autonomously as well as within a team
