Naki Labour Hire is a successful, New Zealand-owned family business that started in 2014 and has grown and evolved across New Zealand, with offices in New Plymouth and Palmerston North. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a self-motivated recruitment consultant to join our team!
We need a hardworking, motivated person who has recruitment experience and the ability to sell/hunt for new business opportunities actively and loves a challenge.
Responsibilities will include:
*Visiting existing and new clients to grow our business and establish excellent working relationships and partnerships across a diverse customer base, and ensure we listen to clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements *Conduct interviews, screens and identify candidates through advertising, social media, networking, and referrals, and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our database.
The ideal person will have:
*Proven working experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with the candidates and clients. *Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet KPI's and deadlines. *Excellent written and verbal business communication, strong computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office products. *The ability to work independently.
