We’re on the lookout for a driven, people-loving superstar to jump in and take charge of our Sales Consultant desk. If you thrive on building relationships, chasing opportunities, and celebrating wins (big and small), this could be your next big move.
You’ll be connecting great people with great businesses across Construction, Civil Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics — filling temporary, permanent, and contract roles that keep Taranaki moving. Your Role – Make It Happen
- 360-degree recruitment across temporary and permanent roles
- Keep our workforce safe by managing health & safety systems
- Sales & business development: Grow new relationships across New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki region through networking, marketing, and good old-fashioned hustle
- Account management: Partner with our operations team to deliver smart staffing solutions
- Keep our CRM tidy and up to date
- Deliver top-tier service to clients, candidates, and teammates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales skills – you know how to spot an opportunity and close the deal
- Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to make things happen
- A natural relationship builder who connects easily with all walks of life
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using MS Office 365
- Full clean Class 1 licence and clear Ministry of Justice check
