Due to continued growth, we're excited to expand our Wellington team and are on the lookout for a Resourcer to support our high-volume recruitment - This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into recruitment industry!
The Position!
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a busy environment. You'll play a key part in screening job applications, interviewing candidates, and building strong talent pools to keep up with demand. You'll be supported by experienced recruiters as you learn the fundamentals of a career in recruitment.
Day to Day Duties:
- Screening job applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
- Sourcing candidates across multiple job boards and platforms
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database
- Managing talent pools for high-volume roles
- Completing compliance checks and data entry

- Strong Communication - Have the ability to speak to anyone
- Time Management - Be able to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & KPI's
- Attention to Detail - Have a high level of organisation and administrative skills
- Proactive Attitude & Ability to Problem Solve

- Going the Extra Mile - Recruitment is not a typical 8-5 job! It requires dedication, flexibility, and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
