- Urgent contract - Initial 9 month contract

Your new company: This global business, support complex manufacturing and industrial transformation programmes requiring deep technical and architectural expertise.
Your new role: As a Contract Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end architecture, integration and deployment of enterprise and configurable software solutions within complex manufacturing environments. You will work closely with business, IT and operational technology teams to deliver robust, scalable Industry 4.0 outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and document end-to-end solution architectures across manufacturing environments
- Lead integration architecture between ERP, EAM, APM, MES and OT systems
- Translate shop-floor and executive requirements into technical designs and phased roadmaps
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network and security teams
- Provide technical leadership, escalation support and architecture governance
- Drive high-quality architectural documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise manufacturing programmes
- Strong integration experience across ERP, EAM, APM, MES and OT platforms such as SAP, Microsoft, SCADA and PLCs
- Solid understanding of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts
- Experience designing SaaS, on-prem and hybrid architectures
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills from shop-floor teams to senior leadership
- Experience producing solution designs, architecture artefacts and deployment roadmaps
