What you’ll do | Hei mahi

You’ll collaborate with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders in the business, capturing customer & business needs, customer journeys and stories as well as mapping business processes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead high-impact initiatives through robust analysis: Lead the charge on complex, strategic projects using advanced analysis to forge clear paths forward.
  • Contribute to shape product priorities: Collaborate with the Product Manager and key stakeholders to inform product strategy, prioritise work, shape upcoming initiatives, and ensure consistent alignment across all activities.
  • Innovate and validate solutions: Facilitate robust evaluations of options, ensuring technical feasibility and business viability.
  • Ensure seamless change: Conduct deep impact analysis to understand all implications across systems, people, and processes.
  • Deliver measurable value through fit for purpose analysis: Champion outcome-based delivery and help teams to optimise for real-world results.
  • Elevate the BA craft: Serve as a champion for best practices, coaching the wider community and driving continuous improvement in the BA function.

What you’ll bring | Hei koha

You are a detailed oriented BA with at least 5 years' experience in Business Analysis. You are open to adapt, flexible and comfortable working across both technical and non technical initiatives and changes.

You are:

  • Expert in leading analysis activities: Proven history in leading analysis for big, cross-functional projects with major technical and business change.
  • Customer obsessed & data-driven: Mindset and ability to focus on customer outcomes and leverage data to guide every decision.
  • Detailed oriented and a problem solver: Ability to navigate around complex challenges and details to deliver practical and adaptable solutions.
  • Expert in facilitation and influencing: Skilled in facilitation, requirements gathering, and comfortable navigating both Agile and mixed delivery approaches.
  • Master Communicator: Ability to simplify complex ideas and build strong, trusting relationships with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Change Agent: Experienced in change management and helping teams thrive through new ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
