Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day performance of HR information systems used by clients, ensuring reliability, data accuracy, and effective user support.
- Configure and maintain system workflows, security settings, integrations, and reports to support varying operational and client requirements.
- Review information system usage and processes across client and supported environments to identify improvements and recommend simple, effective solutions.
- Support system updates and changes, including testing and coordination of releases across active system environments.
- Maintain clear information system documentation and user guides to support consistent system use across different teams and organizations.
- Build and maintain system reports and dashboards to support operational tracking and management decision-making across supported businesses.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support and maintain information system integrations, perform controlled data loads, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with agreed business standards.
- Assist with the planning and prioritization of system-related work across client and internal environments by coordinating requests, tracking actions, and supporting delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience working with enterprise systems, including configuration changes, workflow frameworks, system support, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Proven experience in a functional systems or business systems analyst role, involving solution design, system configuration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
- A postgraduate qualification (Master’s level or higher) in an information technology, information systems, data, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of workflow-driven systems, access controls, role-based security models, and configuration logic, with the ability to align system behavior to operational requirements.
- Demonstrated capability in system reporting and data analysis, including building custom reports, using calculated fields or derived metrics, and producing scheduled or ad-hoc insights for stakeholders.
- Practical experience working with system integrations and structured data loads, including validation, correction, and maintenance of data integrity using enterprise tools.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail when working with configuration rules, data structures, and functional logic.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate system concepts into clear guidance for non-technical users and support system adoption through documentation or training.
