In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all sorts of stakeholders in the business (both technical and non-technical), capturing customer & business needs, customer journeys and stories & mapping business processes.
This role sits within our HomeRun (Last-Mile) Tribe, with strategic connections across Woolworths Group. HomeRun is the last mile business for eComX, with more than 20 million deliveries annually, it powers eCom growth through an exceptional last mile customer experience at competitive economics.
Specifically, the role will see you:
- Contributing to the business analysis effort on high-value and complex strategic initiatives using advanced analysis techniques and skills.

- Working with the Product Manager to develop strategic plans, prioritise discovery and delivery activities.

- Liaising and managing stakeholders across the Woolworths Group to understand and align on initiatives.

- Owning the squad sprint backlog in conjunction with the Product Manager.

What you’ll bring | Hei koha
You are a strong well-rounded Business Analyst with extensive Agile and digital expertise that will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. You will be used to working in highly collaborative environments and have confident communication and facilitation skills. You will also have experience with contemporary BA tools and techniques.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Expertise working across multiple domains and software development methodologies such as Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, dual-track) and Waterfall.
