Our villages bring together thoughtful design, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, and technology to create places people are proud to call home.

About the Role – Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a full-time Technical Analyst to help ensure what we build works as intended, delivers real value, and is delivered on time. There is an immediate start available for this role.
This is a hands-on analytical and coordination role that sits between frontline users, developers, and external contractors. You’ll combine technical understanding, strong organisation, and clear communication to keep delivery moving and quality high.
You don’t need to be a full-time engineer - but you do need to understand how systems work, identify issues early, and hold delivery to account.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will: · Test new features thoroughly across devices and real‑world scenarios, using logical and structured testing approaches · Verify functionality, document issues, and ensure fixes are completed properly and validated against acceptance criteria · Analyse defects, patterns, and system behaviour to identify root causes and recurring issues · Identify technical, data, and delivery risks early, using sound judgement and evidence‑based reasoning, and escalate when required · Work across low‑code platforms, APIs, automations, and AI integrations, understanding how data flows between systems · Review system outputs, automations, and AI results for accuracy, consistency, and reliability · Identify and implement AI‑enabled process improvements, assessing efficiency gains and risk impacts · Manage external developers and technical contractors, monitoring progress, dependencies, and delivery quality · Write clear briefs, scopes, and acceptance criteria, translating business needs into precise, testable requirements · Review deliverables against agreed requirements, quality standards, and performance expectations · Work closely with staff to understand operational needs, workflows, and data usage · Translate user feedback, operational metrics, and observed behaviours into clear technical requirements · Act as the bridge between frontline users and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and logical decision‑making · Keep delivery moving under tight deadlines, balancing priorities and trade‑offs without compromising quality or accuracy.
About You – Ngā Kōrero Mōu
You’re detail-driven, organised, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You enjoy digging into how things work, spotting gaps, and making sure outcomes meet expectations.
You’re confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you take ownership of outcomes - not just tasks.
You’ll likely bring: · Strong technical understanding without needing to be a full-time developer · A testing and quality assurance mindset · Experience coordinating contractors or external delivery partners · Confidence working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities · A practical understanding of how technology supports day-to-day operations · An AI-first mindset, actively looking for opportunities to automate and improve delivery
Advantageous Experience · Experience with low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. Bubble) · Exposure to APIs, automation tools, or workflow orchestration · Background in QA, product operations, delivery coordination, or technical project roles
Why Join Us · Work on real products with real users - not theoretical projects · Be part of a business actively adopting AI and automation in healthcare · Have genuine influence over delivery quality and outcomes · Join a supportive, values-driven organisation with a positive culture · A role where attention to detail, sound judgement, and follow-through are valued
