The business relies heavily on digital media, online platforms, and multimedia content to attract customers, communicate services, and support business growth.

To support these operational requirements, the company requires a skilled Multimedia Specialist to design, develop, and manage digital and multimedia content across its website and online platforms.

About the Role We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to design, develop, and manage multimedia content that supports the company’s website, digital marketing campaigns, and online customer engagement.

This is a genuine, ongoing role that forms a core part of the business’s digital operations. The role focuses on multimedia design, digital content development, and integration of visual, audio, and interactive media into web-based platforms. It is not an IT support or hardware role.

The Multimedia Specialist will work closely with management to translate business and marketing objectives into effective multimedia and digital content solutions.

Key Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Consulting with management to determine multimedia and digital content requirements
• Designing and developing multimedia content, including graphics, visual assets, and interactive media to support the continued growth of our online customer base
• Creating and maintaining multimedia content for the company website, landing pages and Advertisement campaigns Developing digital content for online advertising, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns
• Integrating multimedia elements into websites and digital platforms
• Optimising multimedia content for usability, accessibility, and performance
• Managing and updating multimedia content through content management systems (CMS)
• Supporting search engine optimisation and digital visibility through optimised multimedia assets
• Testing and reviewing multimedia content to ensure quality, consistency, and performance
• Maintaining and enhancing multimedia assets to align with business growth and seasonal campaigns
• Managing and creating advertising campaigns
• Creating WordPress CMS landing pages
• Creating content for the website

Qualifications and Experience Requirements Essential Applicants must meet one of the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science OR
• At least one year of relevant work experience in the field of multimedia development, website development and digital marketing, or a related field.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in multimedia design, digital content development and website design
• Experience creating and managing visual and interactive media for websites and digital platforms
• Experience in successfully running full digital media campaigns across GoogeAds and Meta
• Strong understanding of multimedia integration within web environments
• Experience using content management systems (CMS)
• Understanding of SEO and digital optimisation for multimedia assets
• Ability to manage multimedia projects independently from concept to deployment
