Full Stack Developer

• Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET, React & GraphQL)
• High-Impact Contract until May 2026
• Auckland Hybrid

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Developer who can hit the ground running, solve complex engineering challenges, and deliver high-value outcomes from day one.

This is a contract for someone who wants to work on large-scale modernisation, mission-critical applications, and cloud-first architecture — within a team where technical excellence is the baseline.

What You'll Be Doing As a key senior engineer, you'll partner with architecture, product, and engineering leads to design and deliver high-performing, cloud-native applications. You'll work across the full stack from resilient backend services to elegant front-end interfaces using modern tech and best practices.

Your impact includes:

• Leading technical design and solution architecture for scalable enterprise applications
• Engineering high-performance .NET services built for reliability and volume
• Delivering React front-end features that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs
• Building GraphQL-driven interfaces that optimise performance and developer experience
• Driving cloud-native patterns leveraging Azure serverless technologies
• Contributing to DevOps maturity across CI/CD, automation, and cloud deployments

Required Experience We're looking for a senior engineer with hands-on capability, strong delivery mindset, and confidence in complex technical environments.

Core technical requirements

• .NET / C# expertise — .NET Core, ASP.NET, enterprise-grade backend development
• React (or another modern JavaScript framework) with deep practical experience
• GraphQL — proven commercial experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs (e.g., Apollo)
• API engineering — strong experience with REST, integration patterns, and performance optimisation
• Azure cloud — serverless functions, App Services, storage, monitoring and security best practices
• CI/CD & DevOps — pipelines, automation, Azure DevOps or similar

Nice to have

• Experience building microservices or distributed systems
• Background in high-volume, high-transaction environments
• Strong solution design capability across both front-end and back-end stacks
