Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to join a fast-moving delivery team in Auckland.

This role sits at the intersection of Power Platform, Dataverse, Data Engineering and Microsoft Fabric. You’ll work across the full stack from data models and business rules through to pipelines, notebooks and Delta Lake operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and supporting Dataverse data models, relationships, security, and business rules
• Working with North52 as a business rules and process orchestration engine
• Building and maintaining Microsoft Fabric pipelines and notebooks
• Developing transformation logic using PySpark, Python, and Spark SQL
• Managing Delta tables, schema evolution, and medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Integrating with REST APIs and OData, including Dataverse change tracking and write-back patterns
• Troubleshooting issues across the entire stack: Dataverse ? Pipelines ? Notebooks ? Delta - Maintaining clear technical documentation throughout delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience with Power Platform and Dataverse
• North52 Experience Ideal — but not essential
• Solid Dataverse data modelling capability including relationships, security, and business rules
• Strong Python / PySpark / Spark SQL skills
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric notebooks and pipelines
• Strong Data Engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with REST APIs / OData
• Ability to debug and resolve issues across multiple technical layers
• Strong communication and documentation skills
