Web Developer Whanganui-based | 30–40 hours/week | $35/hour(54,600–$72,800 p.a.)* | Full time
The role We’re looking for a Web Developer to work within a small team on end-to-end project delivery—from backend APIs to frontend deployment. You’ll help develop client-facing systems and maintain our digital signage platform powering retail, commercial, and public sectors.
Key skills
- React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Node.js, REST & WebSocket APIs
- Azure (App Service, Functions, DevOps, Cosmos DB)
- Git, CI/CD pipelines
Required experience
- 3+ years in production web development
- Maintaining and extending existing systems
- Integrating with client/third party APIs
Nice to have Digital signage & touchscreen knowledge, AI/automation, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis, or Java backend
