BlueCloud is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering reliable, cost-effective IT services to small and medium-sized businesses. We help companies stay secure, productive and up to date with technology by providing ongoing IT support, cloud solutions and managed systems that keep their operations running smoothly.
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Remote B2B Telesales Representatives. This role focuses on cold calling businesses, introducing our services, and booking appointments for our sales team.
If you are comfortable speaking on the phone, enjoy talking to people, and are goal-driven, this is a great opportunity to earn commission while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses from a provided contact list
- Introduce our services in a clear and professional manner
- Identify decision-makers and generate interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Record call outcomes and update basic notes as required
- Follow calling scripts and guidelines provided during training

Requirements

Experience
- No previous telesales or sales experience is required. Full basic training will be provided to help you get started and feel confident in the role.
Compensation *Apart from a base wage, you will earn a generous commission if the prospect you generate converts into a sale.
