Your new company: Join a leading technology consultancy working with enterprise clients on cutting-edge security system design projects. With a solid track record in technical solutions and ongoing demand from key clients, they're growing the team to meet new delivery expectations.
Your new role: You'll step into a Security Systems Design Consultant role, focusing on the creation of detailed design and implementation plans based on completed site audits. This is not a hands-on role - you'll use your technical understanding of camera types and access control systems to produce documentation and present recommendations directly to the client.
Responsibilities:
- Review completed audit outputs and translate them into full design and implementation documentation
- Lead client meetings to present proposed solutions, gather feedback, and update plans
- Write detailed and professional documentation in line with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical resources for peer reviews and adjustments
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV and EAC systems (Verkada experience a plus, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Previous experience in security design consulting or technical design documentation
- Ability to work independently and confidently in client meetings
- Based in Auckland, with the ability to work onsite when required
